Unopened Items: Unopened items purchased from our website can be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund, minus shipping costs. This policy applies only to items in their original, unopened, and undamaged packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may not be accepted.

Opened Items: Due to the unique nature of our products, once an item has been opened, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. This ensures that every order shipped from our facility is guaranteed to be new and never returned or used.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for the damaged or incorrect item to be returned, and a replacement will be sent out. In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For all returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
